  • Dave has held senior management positions in every aspect of Propark’s business including regional manager, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief investment officer. As COO Dave oversaw 1,200 employees in 42 cities and 14 states and a portfolio of owned and managed assets that cash flowed in excess of $100MM and had a portfolio value exceeding $1.2 billion. Dave has been a personal investor with Propark and a part of the Propark team for 24 years.

  • Dave works with sweat equity partners and engaged investors on cash flowing real estate assets and businesses. The goal is to bring together hard working, focused individuals and match them with equity desiring not only investment but in leaving a legacy through active investing and mentoring. Dave utilizes his years of deal-making and banking expertise to bring together successful teams working for mutual monetary and legacy benefit.
  • Lakeside Horse Farm – $1MM transaction for a 48 stable boarding and lessons horse farm in Tolland CT on 26 acres. Dave sourced a USDA loan for this transaction in 2009 and remains a partner in the farm. Dave and his partners have increased occupancy from 60% to 85% and have increased cash flow as a result.
  • Stafford Storage – 50,000 sq ft. indoor storage facility with 334 units. The facility has increased in occupancy from 67% to 82% since purchase and has enjoyed a rate increase from occupants. The property was recently awarded a special zoning exception that allows parking onsite. The facility was successfully re-financed in 2012 and monies were reinvested into the facility to add 100 secured fenced-in parking spaces and update parts of the building.
  • Ellsworth Maine Mobile Home Park – 29 parcel mobile home park on 26 acres in Ellsworth, ME. The park provides affordable quality housing and will provide a projected 28% IRR to investors.
  • Dave has served as a director for Johnson Memorial Hospital, and a Board Member of the Ronald McDonald House.
  • Dave has served as the Treasurer for his church that he has attended for the past 12 years.
  • Dave is married with three children and lives in Tolland, Connecticut.
